When you use a URL parameter to export to pdf, the browser is simply rendering the viewing then exporting an image. As such, you won't be able to export the entire workbook as a pdf using a url parameter. However, I highly recommend exporting to pdf using tabcmd. Once you get the hang of it, it's not too difficult and you can schedule the exports for whenever you desire.
Diego, I have a dumb question. I have never used tabcmd but would like to know if it is possible to set up a url using tabcmd that can be used as a url action in Tableau so that when a user picks an icon it invokes the tabcmd to send to pdf the dashboard or sheets in prescribed format (orientation, pagination, etc)?
