Create a calculation to combine those 2 fields like this : [Acct]+' '+[Eu Accnt]
Then split this column , right click on field select transform-custom split - split based on space. now you will get 2 fields split 1, split 2.
drag Opps,Acct,EuAcct,split-1,split-2 fileds into rows shelf and Go to worksheet in menu bar and select copy- cross tab.
Then Go to Data in Menu and select paste data, So now you will get new data source go to edit data source and make pivot using these 2 split 1 and split 2 columns. now you will get split 1 and split 2 values in single column , multiple rows. Go to sheet and remove split 1 and split 2 from view , drag pivot values into view. Give filter on this pivot field values.

Which data source are you using? You can use custom sql to get the union of your accounts.

Thanks so much for your answer. I´m working on it and I just didnt know how to make the relationship between my main datasource and the new one that is created with the pivot information. Tableau is telling me that I have to create a relation to put the pivot values in my table. Example below:

Go to Data in menu bar , select edit relationships , There you can find the relationship between these 2 data sources has set by automatic filed names based on matching names, if you want you can edit fields on which you want to join both data sources.
