If you were to create a calculated field with code like this:
IF COUNTD([Logo]) == 1 THEN MIN([Logo]) ELSE "Multiple" END
(where [Logo] is the field that you are currently using to define shape), and then place that new field on the Shape shelf, you could define a shape for each individual selection, but also another shape for "Multiple" selections.
Hope that helps!
IF COUNTD([Choose a Sport]) = 1 THEN MIN([Choose a Sport]) ELSE "multiple" END
I looked a bit closer at your screenshot and realized you must be using a parameter named [Select a Sport] that allows for selecting any of the sports as well as "All Sports".
Why not just create a calculated field that references the parameter and place it on Shapes? The field could be called [Sport Picture] and have code [Select a Sport]
Maybe I'm not seeing everything clearly, but I think that might be a simple solution. Let me know if that works.
