How to hide without affecting underlying calculations

    Tejas Mehta

I am working on setting up a dashboard where I want to hide items where the counts are less than a given threshold without affecting the underlying calculations.  I have seen the lookup(attr) workaround on other threads, but my issue is since I am using a countd as a condition it is already an aggregate function and Tableau will not let me use an aggregate function inside 'attr.'  As an example, I have attached a mockup of what I am trying to achieve.  In the attach workbook, on sheet 1, I only want to show the cities where OrderCount >=5, but I want the % of OrderCount to be based on the all the cities regardless of OrderCount.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!

      Thanks in advance.
