With Tableau, you can join two data sources like so (choose whichever join type is most relevant to you):
Remember to list the measures/dimensions that are the same between each source for more useful analysis.
(To get to that view, click Data Source at the bottom left of Tableau and click Add to add the desired connections.

Hi Ram, you need to UNION those two data sets, not JOIN them, and I don't think Tableau 10 can yet help with a cross-database UNION. So you'd need to pre-process the data sources using an ETL tool. Or maintain two versions of the report until all your countries are in the same database.
