Based on this:
If the Guest user needs to be able to access a workbook that uses an extract data source, make sure Guest has the View permission for the data source. The Guest user is not allowed to connect to published data sources, unless the publisher embedded their credentials when publishing the content.
I imagine you should be able to change the way the viz connects to the data to force a login.
Also, if you want to share your url, we can take a look to see if there's anything noticeably off.

Hi Tracy, if you turn off guest access for the workbook or view, the user will be required to sign in first.
Thanks! I was able to remove the access from the Guest account, and that fixed my issue.
Diego - I have the credentials embedded, I need the users to have to log in as we restrict access to the reports.
