Try this trick and see if it does work for you.
- Duplicate the dimension field.
- Rename the new copy of the dimension to the desired name.
- Drag both the new and old dimension fields to the Columns or Rows shelf.
- Right-click the header that should not be displayed and select Show Header.

if it doesn't work try this way. i have following dates:
ID Region Time 1 A 1/1/16 10:00 2 C 1/2/16 15:00 3 A 1/3/16 13:00 4 C 1/1/16 10:00 5 F 1/2/16 15:00 6 F 1/3/16 13:00 7 A 1/7/16 8:00 The go to your date (my case Time)
Then change your time date format as follow:

I'm still having the same problem where the "Minute of..." is being populated in my header. In your first picture, the time header just says "time" already. The problem I'm having is that the header is being automatically populated.
