A "Historical Failure" means it has failed 5 times in the recent past and won't be attempted again until it's connection information is updated or until manually refreshed. It didn't fail for a actual reason, it's just not going to try because it assumes it will fail anyway and doesn't want to waste resources. The actual reason for the failure still needs to be investigated but that's why this particular refresh failed.
That makes sense Nathan. I will try to manually refresh the problem extracts and dig a bit deeper into why they failed initially. It may have been from an issue we experienced after our upgrade where everything was failing for a few hours.
