I've never seen this set of boxes "enabled for edit " once I type in values at the start of my first setup run through.

yep, it appears that way. I was hopeful that the Tableau 10 install in-place would be able to accommodate this. Since not, I will revert back. NBD
And by the way, tabcmd editdomain seems to only update the domains table within the PG internal repository, it doesn't update the pointer for doing the sync to AD.
