Your requesting view is typically effective to count small numbers like less than 10.
May be using grid line is better solution for your case.
You can understand what I mean on the latter half of this post.
Anyways, first step you need is pivot data.

For box-like chart.
It always requires each dimension to make it countable.
To achieve this, 100 steps are needed.
I will explain the all steps but very troublesome.
If you can give up the Box, the required step becomes mush less.
[Count for Chart]
if [Count]=0 then [Size parameter] end
int(int(replace([Pivot field values (bin)],"K",""))
This parameter is just a trial to get the best size of box.
