Maps: show % difference with positive/negative color gradient

I have tried to search the forum for answers but I couldn't quite find anything that solved my issue. I am new to Tableau (I've been using it for 2 days) and I am little bit lost for now.

Basically I am trying to represent the % difference in market share by à positive/negative color gradient. (green/red).

I have created a calculated field with the % difference of the value distributor.

I have added this calculated field onto the color and the Label but the colors are constantly wrong. (see screenshot attached). I cannot seem to manage to get the colors right according to positive of negative % difference.

I also need to have many filters in the right pane because many options need to be available.

      I would appreciate any help.

      Many thanks!
