Please go into more detail on this as it's not clear exactly what you want to do.
Thanks for your reply.
I have created a dashboard for Project managers with the information about the projects (Project Plan, Risks, Issues, Budgets, resources etc.) from the excel and access as data sources. They moved the data to the Project Server 2013. All the data is in the Project Server Repository now. I want to connect to the Server, get data from Project Server and create dashboard and publish in Tableau Server. If possible I want to make it live or display on the tableau Server with daily or weekly auto refresh. Is this possible?

Yes, it should be possible but I don't know how easy it will be. From what I found through a couple quick online searches is that you use OData to make requests to the data source. There is also mention of integrating with SharePoint 2013 so that tells me the db is MS SQL...< searching >...yeah, looks like SQL Server is used: Hardware and software requirements for Project Server 2013
So you may have two options in which to connect to the data source from Desktop:
(Personally, I would try for the MS SQL Server route first)
Assuming you can connect and get your data, you will need to replace your current Excel and Access data sources with this single data source. This means you will need to map (figure out) what fields in the old data sources are in the new data source and replace them.
I believe they have got SSRS as a reporting tool for Project Server. That means I can connect to the MS SQL Server and feed the data from there right?
Could you provide some more information please. Thanks
I believe you should be able to connect to that db. You'll need access credentials and read permission from the dba in order to connect to the data source. If they already have SSRS for reporting I would guess you'll probably need to justify why you're using Tableau.
