Are you pulling from the 'Full Data' tab? You should just put all the columns you need to the view and pull 'Summary' instead, and that will adhere to your filters.
If I download just Summary it gives me the calculation not the data behind it. But when I go to Full Data - it shows ALL cases not just the case it was calculated on.
Does that make sense?
You can show however much data you want to in the summary if you just bring those dimensions or measures into view. Just duplicate your worksheet, and put all the columns into view that you might not need on the vis, but you do need in the output data. I usually have a separate worksheet like this dedicated to downloading data.
I'm not sure I'm following. I don't need a crosstab. And would prefer not to make crosstabs for every sheet I've made.
I usually get the underlying data on any of my other reports based on what is filtered.
So I'm not sure if I accidentally adjusted a certain setting or what.
Because usually I don't have this issue..
It's because I blended the data. That's the only difference between my other worksheets.
Anyone know when you're blending data why it shows all data not just what's filtered?
