Hi Cindy! The color mark can only change marks on the sheet. It can't change the color of header text, which is what you seem to be trying to do.
I don't want to change the color of the header text, but the color of each patent status text, e.g., the "G," "P," "D," etc. so that the letter matches the correct color of the legend.

One way you could potentially try to get around this is by splitting your sheet into multiple sheets and arranging them contiguously on a dashboard. Then, you could put Patient Status as a text and color mark on one of these sheets.
