Hmmm, that's actually just a standard subscription--not a VizAlert at all. The footer for a Simple Alert will mention that the email came from VizAlerts. Did you already perform all of the steps in the Install Guide? One of them was to create custom Schedules, and use those for your VizAlerts subscriptions.
