it looks like the "total" you have is part of the class field and not the "grand total" which Tableau provide.
if this is the case then i will suggest you to check your calculated field where the "total" are computed , remove it from your calculated field "class" , or filter it out, then add Grand total from Tableau which will give you the right total of your rows.

from the screen shot you provided , it looks like the problem coming from the Aggregated fields .
if you can check how those fields are computed , you go do so by going to the measure names under the marks area , hover on one of the aggregated field , press the arrow and then select "Compute using" , and make sure it is on "OrganizationName" , do the same for all your aggregated fields.
what that mean is , your aggregated fields should be calculated across the "Organization name " field since it is your main dimension in your report , and it should not be computed using some other dimensions which will result in wrong numbers.
