At Tableau, we don't usually encourage Pie Charts... but the form you would like for them is doable!

Regarding your main issue, could you please share your workbook (.twbx), so we can have a closer look at it?
Thanks for the reply, but basically I am not looking for Product all product percentage together, but when I select product A my donut chart has to show 40%, and another workbook I will select another product B and my donut chart has to 10%.
not sure how to get this done.
To have the actions take place and change the pie chart, you could use a parameter for selecting the measure you wish to see and then add an action between the two sheets on the dashboard.
For using parameters remember the following three things, you'll need to:
1. Create the Parameter
2. Use the Parameter (Calculated field)
3. Show the Parameter to your audience
