Planning Employee Hours against Production hours

    Stephen Loosbrock

I'm attempting to better manage my capacity. I'm trying to multiply the number of given available employees, times the number of hours in a workweek. This is assuming that an average employee works about 6.832 hours a day at 5 days a week, or 34.16 hours. Is there any way to do this while being able to use a date filter? I'd like to be able to look at it at different time periods like in the next 2,3,4 weeks etc. I've attached the document i'm working on. any help on a formula would be much appreciated! Here is an example of what i'm trying to do.
