Would you be able to upload a packaged workbook so we can see what you've tried?

I'm not sure exactly what the comparison is, here's how I'm interpreting your question:
- Data is a headcount per month/year
- Want to get the min, max, median, etc. across years for each month
- Finally compare those results to the headcount for a given month
Is that correct?
Hey Jonathan, thanks for the reply, yes your interpretation is correct. Do you think that is possible to do here?
Hey Diego, thanks for helping out with this. I see what you did, and I guess why the current line isn't working is because it is adding up that month's total for all the years? Would the exclude/include calc feild help out in this case?
Hey Yuri, thanks for your help, looks real good when you did it, but when i tried changing data sources this is what is happening for me for some reason. not sure what I'm doing wrong/differently, I attached my workbook as well. Can you please take a look and let me know what I need to change?
its only when i add in number of records is when i get it to appear similar to yours.

There are only one country (Russia :-)
in your Sheet1(Book1) Datasource.
So COUNTD([Country]) gives 1 at most.
If the aim is to count rows for every Year-Month
to compare different Years for each Month,
then using SUM( [Number of Records] ) --
or SUM(1) for short -- would work.
And of course using COUNT([Country]) --
instead of COUNTD([Country]) -- should work as well.
Please, make changes in both [YF : HC : Current]
and [YF : HC : EX Current] accordingly.
