Shriram,

In my base, if someone´s answer is 10 it means that the person didn´t answer the question. So I would like to show in a diferent way... showing less importance.

I would like to show something like this:

That is a mix of the following two diferent ways I know how to show data:

There is any way to format only the P5=10 row?

Thank you,

Santiago

Hi Calvo

Yes there is a way ..

First remove P5 from Colour.

Please look at the attached solution.

I think this is a way.

Although not necessary in this case, this post can be handy sometimes:  Why don't I have the option to attach content to a Reply?  Where's the Correct Answer button?

Shriram,

In the attachment, all rows have blue borders, it looks like only P5=10 has border because the others rows are the same color as the borders.. if I change the color of the rows you can see they have borders.. I would like to have blue rows with red borders from P5=1 to P5=9 and a grey row with no border for P=10

Thanks,

Santiago

Even using the same calculation you´ve done, the borders work for all rows..

Hi Santiago,

There is not any calculation (as far as I know) that will work only for the borders specifically but if you wanaa highlight one specific row than give it a different color, that's what I thought actually.

Hi Santiago;

You may be able to "hack" your borders by changing your bar chart to a dual axis.

On you first axis, all bars have the same color.

On your second axis, set PS 10 to different color (note: you might need to make a copy of PS and set that as the color).

Now make the bar Size slightly larger on this so the color appears to be a border.

You'll get a stripe on the top and bottom, but not the end.   Don't worry! You can fix this by adding a reference line to each cell, which may give you the effect you desire!

Here's a quick view from some test data I threw together:

Good luck!
