You have do something like this. In one sheet your state wise category sales and in another sheet only category wise sales for Jun and July. Hide the Category header from second sheet and add a dummy header for Grand Total. See the screen shot.

the problem is in a dashboard i have around 10 tables , and relateed filters ..which itself occupying the entire view.
Also i have around 100 tables to make such changes...and around 30 to 40 dashboards...
The solutions is OK ,, but have to create 100 additional totals for 100 tables...
anyother alternate solution please
