An alternative would be duplicate the sheet.
Sheet 1: 2017, 2016, 2015
Sheet 2: % Change 2016
Sheet 3: % Change 2015
Then you color sheet 2 for % Change 2016 and sheet 3 for % Change 2015
Thank you Luciano. I will have to figure out how to combine the charts together after. I'm not sure how to do that. But this works great.
It's easy to align then in panel.
They'll look like one.
I built 3 because you have different calculation for colors.
