You can create a field like ([variable] >=0 and [variable] <=10) or ([variable] >=364 and [variable] <=375) which is Boolean. Then drag this field to filters and select true. It will return both.

Thank you, that makes sense. It didn't occur to me that you could filter at the data source level, so to speak, on calculated fields like that.
Glad it worked for you. You can filter measures at the datasource row level however you usually see them aggregated when used in filters.
