Thank you for your challenge, Lei Chen
I don't think that's straightforward solution.
Will wait other experts' participation.
BTW, I love your icon.
(I believe that's not only me)
Mekko chart with minimal effort -- but Lei's style only (vertical one).
That's because Tableau 10 doesn't allow fixed-width bars on Y-axis (yet).
PS As for 9.3, thinking a bit about Gantt,
but it could be even more complicated
than your binning example.

But what if there were more than 2 companies?
Do you have in 9.3 version?
Nope, 10 only (because of the fixed-bar option).
The original question (Shin, please help with Japanese translation)
was about comparing two companies product performance side-by-side,
hence the design.
More companies to compare -- would go Rows / Columns / Small multiples.
No fancy stacked views, just plain bars. Or would go two Parameters (A & B).
thank you for the support as usual.
Yes, the original request was to compare two companies' three products' performance.
To show growth % from center to left for Company A
and from center to right for Company B.
With showing share% as vertical axis for each product.
The link is the image I got initially (sorry it' in Japanse for lable)
I agree, three and more comparison becomes little bit different approach from the VIZ design.
I close this for now.
