Tableau Dashboards can't be opened after incremental refresh

Hello - I have a strange problem to handle. Around noon every day dashboards can't be opened suddently. Dashboards only shows watch glass. When it happenes, it happens with all Dashboards.

We have Tableau 9.3 Server installed on a Windows 2012 R2 Server and the Server configuration is 12 Core with 192 GB Ram with 500 GB Free Space on Tableau Installation Disk (E Drive). I have only 20 users, so most of the time my server is not loaded at all. All dashboards are based on Tableau Extracted published as data connections and Dashboards are published based on thoso connections.

Observation: We have observed that Temp folder under the path "Tableau Server\data\tabsvc\temp" size is 50 GB. Size of the Temp folder grows abnormally after incremental / full refresh of Tableau Extracts. These Extracts was not added now, these was there from day 1 and we have gone live around 3 months ago. Extract size is growing every day. Now biggest Extract size is 12 GB.

Temporary Solution: Following three line commands solve my problem, but I have outage of server for 15 min during daytime.

      tabadmin stop

      tabadmin cleanup

      tabadmin start
