I've attached a workbook that uses a parameter and allows a user to select a month ( you can edit this to meet your needs, currently it has options based on the data you have in the 1st datasource).
Then there is a calculation that dynamically puts dates in 3 groups. Current Month, Previous Month, and Other Months.
We filter off the Other Months option and remove your other date filters and you can set your table calculations and hide previous month instead of 'april' as you did before. I only made changes to your first worksheet but the same philosophy holds true for everything. Because you are using a parameter it is global for all datasources but each sheet/datasource will need its own filter designed to run the same way.
