Format Null Fields

Hi All

Greetings!

I am trying to format a numeric field, It has positive and negative values and Nulls..

I have to suppress Nulls, I used the following custom format

#,##0.0%; -#,##0.0%;""

The positive and negative numbers are coming good and nulls are also getting suppressed.

But when it has a value 0.0 it is also coming as " ".

Please help if you have a better idea.

Hi Anu,

So I you have not problems with the handling +ve and -ve numbers now. For Nulls try below thing.
In Special value section use "Text:" option to deal with nulls. You can give whatever values that you wish to give there. it can be Text or Number. Please refer below screenshot for the same.
