For the "Multiple Values" dropdown filter. Is it possible to have nothing checked as default but yet still show all the values?
Our problem is that when a sales rep wants to search for a few customers, they...
1. start typing in the name
2. Relative values appear but they only want 2 out of let's say the 9 showing
3. So they have to uncheck the other 7 leaving the other 2 and then hit APPLY
The only other way we found a "partial" solution would be to have the "All" button
but then they would have to make sure they uncheck the "all" button before they begin searching.
Yes that's a usability related issue. I have also observed. I have trained users to uncheck "All" option and then search. That's an additional click user has to do. I agree.
