# Variable sized Bins

Hi Everyone,

I have a requirement like this:

I want to show my countd(customers) as follows as in the figure, 6, 38, 59 etc., are the count of customers.

and the logic is here

if SUM(X) = 0 then "0"

ELSEIF SUM(X) >= 1  and SUM(X) <=25 then "1-25"

ELSEIF SUM(X) >=26 and SUM(X) <=50 then "26-50"

ELSEIF SUM(X) >=51 and SUM(X) <=75 then "51-75"

ELSEIF SUM(X) >=76 and SUM(X) <=100 then "76-100"

END

which is nothing but the customers with measure X is <1 then then shud fall under 0 , if customers fall under 1-25 then they should b under 1-25 etc.,

I am trying out to create like this.

Upon the measure i created a Bin with a size of 25.

But issue here is, who ever the customers with x as 26 they will under 25-50 here is working fine. But who ever is having the value 0.01 they should fall under 0 as seperately and who is having value from 1-25 they shud fall under 1-25 seperately in a bar.

could anyone please let me know, How we can do this.

Hi P,

My apologies I don't understand your issue here.

How can you count a customer of 0.01? It's less than half of a customer, what are you doing with them?

Cheers,

Hi P,

Please see if this would help you out : Aggregate Bins / Summarized Bins | The Don Data

Thanks,

Hi p  :-)

Here in the attached is an example of

how to 'cut' a custom bin (call it '1st Bin')

from a range of equal-size bins.

Hope it could help.

Yours,
