IF Conditions for making a category from 2 different data sources

      Dear All,

      I have 2 datasource.

One has the employee details: Emp ID, Name, Ratings, Emp Status,  etc for some period of data

2nd has the employee details: Emp ID, Performance Planned "Yes", "No" etc

What I have trying to do is to create a view using the Primary data and the Secondary then for creating different type of categories based on the Emp Status and the Performance Planned status

But when I am doing the blending and trying to create the IF condition it gives me the error of the

"Cannot mix aggregate and non-aggregate arguments with this function"
IF [Employee Status]="Active" OR [Employee Status]="Leave with Pay" AND ([PerformancePlan_Report].[Planned_UnplannedFlag])="Yes" THEN "Plan In Progress"
      ELSEIF
[Employee Status]="Active" OR [Employee Status]="Leave with Pay" AND ([PerformancePlan_Report].[Planned_UnplannedFlag])="No" THEN "Plan Needed"
      ELSEIF
          [Employee Status]="Retired"
          OR
          [Employee Status]="Suspended"
          OR
          [Employee Status]="Terminated" THEN "Terminated"
      ELSEIF
[Employee Status]="Leave of Absence" THEN "Leave of Absence"
      END

      Please suggest a solution.

      Regards

      Dibyendu
