I think you can try and create calculated field of [QuantityLog]:
where [LogBase] is a parameter that you can play around with.
Then you can just create the negative of that:
It doesn't appear that shape changes when the base is changed,
only the tick markings.

I think it may depend on how you setup your worksheet.
In the attached, if I made the percent calculation using the
Analysis > Percentage of > Pane
and then changed the axis to logarithmic, it seemed to format the axis nicely.
If one manually formats the percentage (by right clicking on the axis and
selecting format, then changing the setting of "Numbers" to "Percentage"
with two decimal points), it doesn't look quite as nice because of "100.00%".
How are you getting your percentage, by calculated field or by using Analysis?
