HIFLD GEO Data for US Freight Railroads

      Hi Community,

Has anyone ever worked with the data available on Homeland Infrastructure Foundation-Level Data? I'm trying  to do a path map on all of the freight rail roads via the methods discussed in the advanced mapping tutorial (without the date function). I'm struggling to determine what data element in the HIFLD data should be the path item. Does anyone know how to read this data and how I could turn it into a line map?

      Thanks!

FYI - The closest thing I can come up with is where every point is plotted where it looks like a line if you are zoomed out enough, but it is very heavy and still a point by point set where I'm looking for actual lines. The closest thing I can find to a path item is the STRACNET item which is the (Strategic Rail Corridor Network), but that only works when I isolate (create a set) of one lane of points. When I try to use it for all points it becomes a scribble.
