Good Afternoon Michael,
Could you please post either a sample workbook (.twbx) or a sample of the data itself (.csv, .xls, etc..) so that we can test to see if the problem is in the Data or the Tableau Mapping service?

Shawn, that is exactly what I am looking for. Is there a database of all territories in a given countries? Here are the territories I have in my xls:
Territory Country Atlantico Norte Nicaragua Atlantico Sur Nicaragua Matagalpa Nicaragua Chontales Nicaragua Rio San Juan Nicaragua Rivas Nicaragua Jinotega Nicaragua Neueva Segovia Nicaragua Madriz Nicaragua Esteli Nicaragua Leon Nicaragua Managua Nicaragua Masaya Nicaragua Choluteca Nicaragua Chinandega Nicaragua Boaco Nicaragua Granada Nicaragua Carazo Nicaragua
Please attach the Excel file.
First the big white areas are lakes. Here's Google Maps:
Second Tableau doesn't recognize your label 'Territories' as a geography. You can either change the field manually, or change the label in the Excel file to 'State'. Then Tableau will automatically pick it up as a geography.
Third one of your 'Territories' is not actually a Nicaragua Territories:
Choluteca shows up as a city/town in Honduras.
Fourth, you misspelled Nueva. Make all these corrections and you'll get this:
See Attached 9.3 workbook.
