Hello,

When I publish a workbook to Tableau Server, the screen returns conflicting information.  It says the workbook published successfully, but the preview returns an error indicating the sign in failed.  This has occurred on server 9.1 and 9.3.  It happens intermittently, but the frequency has been increasing and happens nearly every time I publish now.  We use SAML and single sign on.  Any ideas what this error indicates?  All of our workbook authors get error=16 intermittently in Desktop 9.1 and 9.3 as well when logging directly into the server, and this also has been happening at an increasing rate, even after a reboot of the user machine.
