Access past queries without opening workbook

Hi, Tableau newbie here. I was wondering if there is a way to access past queries in a workbook without actually opening it. For example, if I have a long list of workbooks and want to find the names of all workbooks that have the following SQL in the query "SELECT * FROM MyTable WHERE Username = 'Scrub'". Ideally, I would find something called "Workbook1Log.txt" and use REGEX on the contents of each file to find which workbooks contain what I'm looking for.

Is this even possible? I did some research, and I know Tableau logs contain a record of queries run; however, I haven't found a way to link a log to its respective workbook (or do I not have the correct understanding of what logs are?).

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!
