You may download the workbook from Tableau Public
and open it in Tableau Desktop to see what's inside.
PS Map View is a Parameter,
and a couple of calculations
use this Parameter to change
dimensions used for Marks
and their corresponding shapes.
All that is totally doable in Tableau 9.1
I tried downloading it, but it said it was built in a newer version of tableau and couldn't open.
You may want to download a newer version
of Tableau Desktop from Alternate Download Site:
You could install it side-by-side with your current version
and use both versions simultaneously.
If you're not able (or not allowed) to do so,
there is a (totally unsupported) method
of "downgrading" a workbook (say from 9.3 to 9.1)
by direct editing it's underlying XML.
Moreover, you may even use an online tool to convert a workbook's version:
Hope this could help to find out.
