    Report on customers that never return after customer issue

      Hi! I am looking for help on how to pull a list of my customers that have had an issue and never return.

       

      In my data I have 2 tables:

       

      Table 1    

      Order_Id, user_id, ordered_at, has_issue

       

      Table 2

      user_idfirst_namelast_nameorder_countphoneemail

       

       

      Can you please help me figure out a calculation on how I would do this?

       

      When I filter on has_issue (which is true or false) it only shows the order that has an issue on the order but not on the person. Which I need to find out if a customer that have had an issue never orders again.

       

      Any help would be appericated.
