JS API has a nice function to return with all fitlers
Worksheet Class (Filtering)
These methods are on the
Worksheetclass, but are listed here for convenience.
Fetches the collection of filters used on the sheet.
Hope this helps
Using getFiltersAsync() I was able to get an array of Filters. However the Filter class doesn't provide which values are used or the possible values.
In the tutorial it shows you how to set filter values, but it doe not show you how to get both the currently selected values or the possible values. Is there a way to do this?
by values I, and I assume OP, mean the possible values a filter could have. Not the underlying data.
Right - you'd have to run through and grab the possible values.
My filters are on columns which are not in the underlying data. Even if they were, there will be cases where a filter value just isn't included in the underlying data, or a filter is used in exclude mode. I dont think this solution will work.
