Exclude Filter : Exclude ALL Primary rows if FILTER matches 1 criteria

Is it possible to set up a filter to exclude ALL primary rows if it matches 1 of the criteria in a filter? For example, my data is set up as follows:

      CustomerID               OrderType

      1234                          Dog Food

      1234                          Cat Food

      1234                          Fish Food

      7362                          Dog Food

      7362                          Cat Food

      4568                          Fish Food

      1893                          Dog Food

      TOTAL Unique Customers: 4

The filter would have the following options in the drop down:

      Dog Food

      Cat Food

      Fish Food

If I selected Dog Food, then I want to remove ALL the Customer ID that have a Dog Food order tied to them, leaving me with this:

      CustomerID               OrderType

      4568                          Fish Food

      1893                          Dog Food

      TOTAL Unique Customers: 2

I am certain that there needs to be some type of LOD calculation to assist with this, however I'm struggling to figure out how to set the formula up. Right now, the filter is only removing the ROW that matches Dog Food, not all of the CustomerID's associated with the Dog Food. If anyone would have any suggestions, I would appreciate it. Attached is a mock up workbook.
