Curious, what will happen if you change the order of columns in Excel?
Regardless, logic that splits columns between dimensions and measures is quite complex and has been beefed up and special-cased since the beginning of Tableau and I doubt that any of us could name all the rules of the top of our heads...
I get both columns as measures...
What version of Tableau are you running? Do you use any extra arguments? (I just noticed that "age" is not displayed as "Age" which should happen automatically)
I tried with Excel and CSV file, both fields are automatically placed in Measure.
Maybe Tableau Doesn't undesrstand Chinese.
I agree with Dmitry, as the tool evolves the logic behind this gets beefed up and would be hard for anyone to actually describe the rules it uses to decide wether something is a measure or a dimension
I get both as measures too.
Probably an issue in the version you might be using which may have been fixed since.
Not that this should cause any kind of issue as the dimension can easily be dragged onto the mesures section.

thanks for your concern, i have found the answer through the tableau knowledge base below:
and since "年齡" has the key word "年" , therefore tableau assign it to the dimension.
