You can create something similar using reference lines and selecting distribution > 1/-1 standard deviation as I have done in the first tab of the attached workbook.
I’ve created calculated fields for the +1 and -1 standard deviation values which are shown as separate reference lines on the second tab.
I’ve not been able to use those fields to create something like the graph you attached but hopefully it’ll point you in the right direction.
