So this is purely a matter of scale...on a non-log scale 1 is so small it is (essentially) invisible...on the log scale, as log zero doesn't exist, the axis starts at 1, so again you don't see them!
In the attached I've used a dual axis, with the bar on one, and the label and gannt mark on the other. As the gannt has some width, even on this scale it appears and I can add the label here too (I've used Log scale, but you can now use either and still see something there).
Hopefully that all makes sense, but please post back if not.

Which Verion you are using? please upload attachment again.
you can make adjustment to y-axis to make graph fully visible.
Try modifying your Y axis to make sure it starts at 0. Since you're working on a logarithmic scale, it's possible the bar is just too tiny to see.
If it's still too teeny, try dropping it to a negative number.
