How do I plot multiple dimensions on one axis with continuous values?

      Hi all,

I have a series of tests that have been run where I have temperatures at a number of discrete points in time.

I want to plot a line for each series, with the axes being plot temperature (continuous) vs point in time (discrete named category).

Below is the chart in excel that I want to replicate in Tableau

When I try to combine multiple series, my discrete values disappear, and my combined "measures" group only allows me to plot SUM / AVG etc.

Am I missing something obvious?  Can anyone help me achieve this?

Here's what I currently have in Tableau which isn't helpful for me....

      Many thanks in advance!
