Are there actually 5 different TABLES? (Or data sources?).
Or are you talking about 5 sheets all working off the same data source?
5 tables from 2 data source.
3 of 1 and 2 from the other
Let's work on a sample workbook together. I'll need to see it hands-on.
Hack up an approximation of what you are doing by creating two excel sheets (can be in one file) that mirror your actual data setup if you are concerned about proprietary info. We don't need all your rows. Just enough to duplicate what you are looking to do. (So make sure there are more than 10 shops so we can have top-10 with some shops that don't make the cut.)
Let me know the tableau version you are using so I can work on the same version with you.
Sorry for the delay, becaus is confidential data, I need to change everything.
Here are the data bases and the twb. In the Top 10 FY Equity Increase, I couldn´t sort by FY Equity Variation, but thats no problem.
As you can see in the dashboard, I have several Dealer Acc that are in more than one Top 10. My idea is to show them in different colors (different colors if they are in more than 3, more that 2, more than 1 table).
Here is a bit of a stab at this.
Look at sheet: Top 10 Satisfaction with the Dealer.
Actually, first look at sheet: Top 10 FY Equity
I created a table calc called RANK EQUITY. Added it to the sheet, changed it to DISCRETE, and changed it to TABLE(down). This gives you a rank number for each AVG(Owner Equity). I created a second calc that sets 1 or 0 based on the top-10 of those ranks.
Now look at Top 10 Satisfaction with the Dealer. I did the same for RANK of SUM(YTD). And another calc for the top 10 of those.
Next I blended the two data sources, and re-created the RANK EQUITY pair of calcs for the AVG([DB_DFA].[Owner's Equity Ratio]). Because it is blended on [Dealer Acc], you get the rank of the values from the secondary data source.
In Top 10 Satisfaction with the Dealer, I added all 4 of these calcs to the sheet. This shows how they work together. (One note, the values and ranks between Top 10 Satisfaction with the Dealer and Top 10 FY Equity are a little different because there are different filters on each sheet.)
You can do the same for all the other ranks.
Now for each Dealer Acc, you have 1 or 0 for each [Top 10 ...] calc. You can see how many top-10s any Dealer gets by adding them all up for the dealer.
One thing to note. You can do away with the INDEX filter if you want to display top-10 now. Just use the RANK XXX calc for each sheet. You can still use the INDEX, but you don't have to.

My issue is how can I paint with other color, or highlight somehow the ones that are in several tables. for example, if it is in 2 tables, I want Yellow, 3 tables, in Green and so on.
In sheet: Top 10 Satisfaction with the Dealer ... I had already shown two of the top-10 calcs. You'll need to build the rest using the same model.
In the attached example I added the two top-10 calcs. (When you create the rest, add the new ones to this [Total Top 10] calc.)
I put that calc on the measure values so you can see the totals. And I put that calc on the colors shelf so that any dealer who has 2 top-10s is in green, any with only 1 top-10 is orange, and any with no top-10s is blue.
