Something like the second one although I would like that the the value shown in the worksheet will be the actual (6065) and it's color will be green because it is higher from the budget (6060).
If the budget were 6066 then the color at the worksheet will be red.
My question is if there is a way that the calculated field will hold every week the relevant value of the budget for this week.
It will hold the budget value for every week. Here I just wanted to know get the solution what you are looking for, are you looking for only ALPHA product or for other products as well according to your screenshot of the excel.

I would like to show only a number, and when I will create a parameter that will decide if the number will be colored green or red.
something like : if sum(net) >= budget then 'green' else 'red' end.
the budget should change it's value every week.
