    Sum attr error

    Sana Mojdeh

I have a mock-up data of 10 rows (10 projects) and the measure '# of risk' per project. Total # of risk on excel gives me 21.

On Tableau, When I drag the measure to text to get the total, it is 210 instead of 21 --> sum (# of risk) on text shows 210.

Even when I put 'Project' on 'row' and '# of risk' on text, it multiples each row value by 10. When I change the measure to Attr([# of rows]) the table is fine. But I'm looking to get remove 'project' from rows and have 1 sum value on 'text'.

I understand I cannot define sum(attr([# of risk])), but how can I get it right?
