Take a look at the log.txt under <repo>\Logs folder - it might contain a more detailed error.
Also, can you share your query?
Do you use Initial SQL or do anything else non-standard to establish a connection?
I cleared out the logs, then hit the error again, so that the logs now only contain info on that one error.
I see both log.txt and tabprotosrv.txt are very dense and long.
Is there a secure way to share the logs with a Tableau Tech Rep?
I would rather not post them on a public site.
Alternatively, is there a particular line or value that I could find and post?
