Can you give more information like version of server, type of server?
What is the error you are getting?
Are the other scheduled extracts are getting refreshed?
Sorry Chen but I cannot read that language so I don't know the error being displayed.
Are you embedding credentials?
If it's an incremental extract is the source data actually updating? Are you using the correct type of identification field?
Have you read the administration guide on Handle Extract Refresh Alerts?

The two screenshots which you provided are both taken from Desktop. Once you think that the extract is scheduled (Sat night 11:00pm), as site or server admin, you can go to server and the site to verify if it shows up in the Tasks list. If tasks is there and if it does not update, then go to Status - Background Tasks for Extracts - select the extract run details. If the extract failed, this is place where you can find failure details.
