# KPI Pie Chart - Color change according to KPI metric

Hi guys, how we can have dynamically change the color of MET portion only,  if met the KPI values, it turn green otherwise will be red.

Hi James,

You can use formula lie this and put it on color field. SUM([MyNumber]) > 0 THEN 'Blue' ELSE 'Red' END

Thanks Mahfooj, it looks like an alternative to me and how come i never thought of that.. The original idea of me is to color the black area (Met portion) to be red or green according to the color KPI.

Hi James,

You were nearly there.

I changed you Color formula to give results as text and dragged the subcategory and the color formula on to colour tab.

You can now have Separate colours for Not Met - A B & C if you like or just color them all grey

and you can have separate colours for Met -A B & C which can be coloured red amber Green or whatever your requirements are

Thanks Khalid, i never know i can put 2 blue pills as COLOR. Normal i drag and drop it to the COLOR square. It solves my problem ... :)
