The easiest option here might be to discuss with the client to get an alternative delivery method setup like an FTP site they upload to, Dropbox or something else which places this file onto a filesystem you can connect into.
Most alternatives will require some type of scripting or ETL tool. Some potential options I would consider;
- Connect to the website using the Tableau Web Connector - Tableau Web Data Connector | Tableau Software
- Write an external script to download the CSV and parse the results into a database then connect Tableau to the database.

I think the most realistic way is to use the alternatives, because I'm not sure that the client want to do something extra. Any guideance how can I do it?
